Grilled harissa marinated prawns with a rambutan & fennel salad, squid ink aioli and scallion oil
Smoked duck, mango and chilli salad, sesame dressing (g/f)
Tuna Carpaccio, micro greens, crispy capers, crème fraiche (g/f)
Parmesan crumbed South Australian oysters, butternut jam & Persian fetta
Slow braised pork belly, flash grilled on the bbq and served with a fresh green papaya, mint & pear salad with sweet mild chilli jam & sage fondant potato (g/f)
Turkish lamb, slow braised cous cous & fatoush salad
Whole baked salmon, avocado salasa, béarnaise sauce
350gm grain fed beef OP rib steak, hand cut chips, confit shallots, kikorangi blue
Grilled skewered fruit selection with caramelised cumin seeds, lemon sorbet & crystallised rose petals
Pavlova stack with three tropical meringue discs , orange blossom cream & local summer berries
Double chocolate delice, cinnamon tuille, hazelnut praline
Champagne mousse, passionfruit compote and raspberry biscotti
