From 5 to 35 people our Christmas menu seems to be a hit. Everything is made fresh in your kitchen and our friendly and professional staff with be waiting to welcome your guests with a glass of bubbly or our sangria while you enjoy their company, free of stress! We have designed a Christmas menu that compliments the Christmas spirit of family with dishes served on platters in the centre of the table. Plated options are available on request.

Chilli prawn salad with Mooloolaba prawns, caramelized chilli, pickled cucumber, snow pea tendrils and sesame – lime dressing.
Grilled Qld scallops with a chilli, mint & pineapple salsa, with a coriander, Vietnamese mint & roquette salad. (g/f)
Herb crusted chicken tenderloins on lemon grass skewers with a grilled haloumi, slow roasted tomato & crispy sage salad. (g/f)
Vegetarian Assiette – dukkah marinated bocconcini with apple balsamic, avocado & grilled tomato salsa and tempura asparagus on roasted corn & chive salsa. (v)

Smoked turkey roulade, stuffed with a cranberry sage stuffing & served with confit Dutch cream potatoes, wilted lambs cress and a shiraz jus
Mustard glazed pork O.P rib fillet on a sweet potato gnocchi with sesame roasted apple, pan-fried okra port wine demi glace (g/f)
Pan-fried North Queensland Barramundi, citrus crust & confit cherry tomatoes. Served on a shaved fennel, tatsoi & grilled artichoke salad. Finished with a burnt walnut butter.
Forrest mushroom Tart, served warm with buttered baby spinach & grilled asparagus. Served with a Danish feta & watercress salad. (v)

Hot chocolate tart served with chestnut praline & orange mascarpone
Steamed plum pudding with brandied vanilla bean anglaise
