Our great local suppliers will also add the advantage of a personalised shopping experience giving you the knowledge of what to look for when buying the best of local produce be it meat, green groceries, seafood and even wines! This of course puts business back into the community – better to know your food and where it comes from.
Also with this you receive a cooking lesson on the day and great cooking tips.
First class wait persons ensure the quality of the experience at table also with a Q & A session with the Chef at the table for you and your guests.

Opening the first 5 Star Hilton in Africa to catering and designing culinary functions for thousands people to exclusive and unique dinner events.
The exclusive and exquisite dining experiences created by Raymond have catered for Heads of State – Presidents and Prime Ministers Internationally, as well as some of the most renowned Heads of International Corporate Industry.
When catering for “Select Guests” over his career he has ensured any last minute and “unusual requests” are available on short notice, ensuring the highest standards, quality and presentation at all times.
Raymond’s creativity, love for the best and freshest of local ingredients available has led him to be applauded for his application of the highest standards of culinary excellence & presentation.
Raymond is now happily settled on the Sunshine Coast and is excited at the opportunity of producing fantastic food in unique and ever evolving situations through the “Sabor Dining Experience” while having a lot fun along the way.
